Convert fat32 to ntfs

to convert FAT32 TO NTFS

Close all applications.
select Start>Run and type "CMD.EXE" and press enter.
comand prompt appears.
Type as follows:

convert (drive letter): /fs:ntfs

For example: To convert C to NTFS, type convert c: /fs:ntfs and press enter
give yes to all the questions asked by the computer.
You may need to restart the computer to convert drive c: as it is being used by windows.

When converting drive other than C: ,computer asks for the current label.
Type the name given to the respective drive letter.
