VP - Concentric circles

As requested by many , we've put the concentric circles project ( in win32 app)..

NOTE ::  Select " HOLLOW_BRUSH  " to make the circles appear consecutively other wise the larger one will be drawn over the smaller one ...

Also the game project is updated now (for two players - as in actual question )
